1. Our university is under the direct administration of the Ministry of Education and welcomes the students in related subjects signing up for the examination.

2. The number of students needed in the year 2006 includes the number of the state plan, part of the self-financing and the commission training plans. The figure proclaimed now is taken from the plan of 2005; the exact number would be adjusted according to the actual recruitment plan from state and the number of applicants. In addition, our university would offer a plan of training 20 high – level backbone talents for examinees from minor ethnic groups . 3. To those qualified examinees with high scores, we will offer some quotas for master- thru- doctor degree program , which will be determined after the reexamination.

4. the applying qualifications for equivalent undergraduate students(including the this year's graduates from state-accredited adult colleges , who have not get the diploma before reexamination):
① have worked at least 3 years after getting the diploma from state-accredited secondary college .

② have at least passed the CET4 (it is required to hand in a sealed photo copy of the certificate ), or achieved the score as required.

③ have taken and passed at least 5 same or similar undergraduate courses related to the chosen major. The mark sheet from the educational administration of the former college or the mark –managing department of Adult College is supposed to be hand in.

5. Lists of the majors for applying on the Internet may not very consummate because of the systemic error, then the lists on our department's website and the printed booklet related are available. In case of incomplete information concerning major catalogue for online application, please log on the website of the Department or refer to the brochure.

6. It's only being acceptable to apply on the Internet; the details see the website of our department. The tutors are required to remark them in the “remark 1” of the net applying system Online signing up is adopted in 2006. Please refer to the website of our department in which relevant information is provided. Tutors whom examinees choose should be marked in the “Backup Information No .1” in the website.

7. The examinees should offer the information faithfully. Once be found cheating to the get qualification of apply or enrollment whatever the enrolling process is, as well as failed to send the archives on time after the reexamination, the applicants' qualification would be canceled.

Examinees should provide relevant personal information in good faith. In the event of fraud, the enrollment qualification will be revoked in any phase. The same holds true for those who fail to mail their archives on time after reexamination.

9. The qualification-checking for examinees would be taken out in reexamination . According to the requirement, the ones who get the qualification of reexamination should hand in the related original materials for checking.

10. The online applying time: from 10 th to 31 st Oct. 2005 (8:00---- 23:00 every day) . The exact time and way of exam is subject to the provisions of the Ministry of Education ( please pay attention to the website of our department) . E xaminees should follow the stated time and way to apply and take the examin ation . Please mark the effective phone number, address and post code on the applying materials and contact with us in time if there is anything need ing to be changed. Anyone who need s mailing permit card for examination be sent back should mail us an envelope of small size ( 20cm * 10cm ) marked with the post code, address, name and the major applied of the addressee. It is unnecessary to put stamps on the envelope which will be mailed to the addressee by us through registered letter.
